Eagles of Death Metal @ The Galaxy Theatre
Perhaps it was a contagious virus left by the awful opening hardcore band, or maybe it was something in the water, but boy was it a rowdy night.

Evanescence Live in Detroit
At the sold-out show, the legions of faithful were on hand in the bustle of downtown Detroit to attend the "must-ee" show of the season: Evanescence. Downtown Detroit was packed with a Tigers game and also a Red Wings hockey game going on that night. Needless to say, it couldnt keep the fans of this Grammy Award-winning group away with the release of their second album, The Open Door.

NAMM Show 2006
Firsthand, I know the show used to be great for seeing the best in new products, meeting an array of freakazoids, and sighting a couple of famous artists. Now, the products seem to be the same-old same-old (with plenty of copycats resulting in duplicate booths).
