| Initial Impression | Just as the west coast has its own distinctive flavor, the Outer Banks does as well. I had high expectations for the sounds I hoped would flow from my speakers, and this CD did not disappoint. Being a frequent vacationer to the Outer Banks, coastal Carolinas, this CD felt like home. | |
| Notable Lyric | “You see the chance for relaxation, I see the chance to steal your wife,” from “Living on the Beach.” | |
| Factoid | This is the promo for an underground festival that happens every summer in Wilmington called WE Festival – this festival has a major following, and the $15 ticket price is good for seven days of entertainment. Seriously. Only $15. | |
| Serve With | Anything goes with this CD. Bring your bathing suit and imagination. | |
| Comments | This CD is great. Hate that I missed the festival last year, and am already planning on attending the 2003 WE Festival. If Kenyata’s promo CD is any inkling of how talented half the bands are that show up, it will be worth the trip. | |
