| Comments | Well, if there were any question of whether or not Some Girls
could maintain the high standard of their absolutely insane and chaotic
hardcore punk showcased on their WONDERFUL 2004 debut LP, All My
Friends Are Going Death (Deathwish), their latest, the seven-track
The DNA Will Have Its Say (Three One G), answers with an
emphatic, what the fuck were you thinking?! Of course they can!!
Super-fast tempos (with the occasional slowed-down hardcore breakdown -
see "Don't Hate Me Just 'Cause I Hate You"), hectic guitars, crashing
drums, and basically indecipherable vocals spouting glorious non
sequiturs, this EP is for any fan of chaotic punk and/or the mentally
unstable. Luckily, I fall into both categories, and thus, bask in the
goodness that is Some Girls. Can't wait for their next outing: their
debut LP for Epitaph.
