Comments	Give me horns, give me punk, give it all to me on one bun. Spitvalves reminds me of this band I really used to dig called PAIN. They broke up like all the good ones, but they were the last band to use a horn section in punk rock the way it’s suppose to be done (not like this pansy ass pop punk movement that should just go away!). To clarify- that horn section would not be mixed where hefty guitar riffs surfaces, but with those meaty bass lines that add body to the horns. Then you get your rhythm as more of a soundscape for the music, which melds perfectly. Suggestion: if you have not experienced this kind of punk rock, I would strongly suggest it. The entire album is great, so you can’t go wrong. Or go get some older “Pain” albums that are still available so you can check them out too.
