	Initial Impression	For some reason Bourbon Princess reminds me of Greenwich Village in 1977. I suppose that’s a good thing.
Factoid	She’s renovating her website so it contains very little in the way of information.
Serve With	Patty Smith’s Horses - duh.
Comments	Monique Ortiz's vocals remind me of Patty Smith (who is apparently still around) circa Horses and the music would have fit right into CBGB’s on a night Talking Heads were playing. This is a very dark and moody CD with tons of ambient atmosphere. In fact, as I listened to it I kept thinking about heroin for some reason. Go figure. Interesting, but a real downer at parties.
