Factoid	The Lazy Cowgirls are NOT women, but the "cowgirl" reference is not all entirely false, as that country western sound is certainly central to their music. And they've been around the block: the band formed in 1983 and have released a bunch of records through the years.

Comments	Rock 'n' roll mixed with a shot of country and a splash of punk. On this record, there's a good mix of straight-up, upbeat rock, as heard on the opener "Burnin' Daylight," the uproarious title track, and "Are You Ready," to name a few, but also a fair share of country crooners with twangy guitars, including "Swept Across the Borderline," the lengthy, melancholy "You Might Be Lost Now," and the finale "The Risin' Sun Over Naga-Gun."
