After listening to the first chakra for our body's root, or grounding, I became "regular" again for the first time in days. (editor's note: she's pregnant, people!) Coincidence or not? Pretty cool CD, especially if you're already into house. Finally, something my New Age-y in-laws and I can both listen to!
