Comments	This is a band that is not easily defined. While Hines’ growls and occasionally screams in grunge-like fashion, most notably in “Apathy, “Asylum” and their cover of “In the Pines” (Nirvana style), their musicianship is much more traditional. “Jaded me” and “In Youth” are the most aggressive, while the remainder of the album can almost border on the lighter side of rock. Three albums in and this band has matured dramatically in their songwriting, composition and performance skills. As a colleague of mine once remarked, “Every time I hear a catchy pop song on WDUB, it’s Phestur.”
